Dimity Skye - Director | Flow, Pilates, Fitness
Dimity Skye is a Northern Rivers local with over 20 years’ experience in practicing and teaching a wide range of movement and body-mind modalities. With a lifelong curiosity for spirituality, philosophy, and religious studies, she brings both wisdom and depth to her teaching.
From a young age, Dimity trained in gymnastics, dance, and swimming. By 18, she was already a qualified Pilates teacher and strength and conditioning coach. At 20, yoga found her - it was an immediate love affair. Since then, she has completed more than 1,500 Yoga Alliance-certified training hours across vinyasa flow, ashtanga, and tantric hatha. Her love and fascination for the practice and philosophy of yoga has taken her on extensive travels to India, Asia, America, and back to her beloved Australia, where she continues to study, teach, and run her thriving yoga studio in Lennox Head.
Dimity’s classes are strong, dynamic, and deeply intentional - an invitation to connect with the innate power and wisdom within. Weaving together her extensive movement background with her love of philosophy, she offers practices that nurture and empower both body and mind. While she honours the depth of the yoga tradition, Dimity’s natural joy and love of life create a warm, welcoming space where students feel at ease to explore, grow, and simply be themselves. -
Bianca Kenvyn - Manager | Flow, Yin
Originally from the UK, I’ve called Australia home for the past 15 years. After spending most of my teaching career in Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches, I followed the call North and have been rooted in the Northern Rivers for just over two years.
I’ve had the privilege of teaching full-time across Sydney and the Northern Rivers for many years and now hold the role of Studio Manager at Lennox Yoga. Over these years, I’ve worn many hats within some of Sydney’s most thriving studios... from management and performance coaching to assisting on teacher trainings, retreats, one-to-one private sessions, studio classes and corporate clients. Currently, I am co-facilitating the Lennox Yoga Teacher Training, where I thrive in intimate group spaces that allow for detailed, nuanced exploration of asana and philosophy.
At the core of my teaching is a deep belief that language holds energy and power. I speak from the heart- incorporating real, grounded language with soulful undertones that encourage students to explore both the subtle and physical realms of their practice. I value uniqueness and individuality within myself, and I encourage this essence in my students- weaving together a variety of movement styles to create spaces that are disciplined yet light, strong, creative, and layered with slower, longer holds alongside fluid and seamless transitions.
I believe stillness and solitude is necessary... and rather than being pulled in every direction by the world around us we can use our practice as a tool that invites us to build profound discernment and strength .. to recognise truth over illusion, and to choose what is real, based on the building of our integrity and character. It’s a practice that expands our toolkit for life, helping us cultivate internal states that are grounded, open-minded, steady, functional, and wise.
For me, this means yoga is a practice of remembering what is true... the divine spark that lives within the undercurrent of our existence. Through curious explorations of layered movement patterns, a steady focus on breath, and many moments of stillness... I invite students to unravel into the deeper layers of self. My approach is to stay ever curious and in awe of the innate magnificence we each hold. To me, that’s the gift of yoga: the continuum of showing up, just as we are. Nothing to fix. Just presence.

Heidi Lampard - Flow, Yin
A warm welcome to my new friends here at Lennox Yoga, and a big hug to the familiar faces who’ve shared this path with me already!
I’ve called the Northern Rivers home for my whole life, born in Lismore, raised on a farm in Tullera, I feel deeply rooted in the simplicity, beauty, and community of this place. Introduced to spirituality and alternative healing by my Mum, and gifted a deep practicality from my Dad, I discovered yoga in my early 20s and immediately knew it was home.
Now, with decades of dedicated practice, I share yoga as a way of remembering who we truly are, beyond the roles, the rushing, and the noise. I teach from lived experience, drawing inspiration from mystics, poets, and teachers such as Patanjali, Lal Ded, Rumi, Ram Dass, Rose Baudin, and Joseph Campbell, alongside the many golden-hearted humans I’ve had the privilege of journeying with.
You’ll find me guiding classes in meditation, pranayama, vinyasa flow, yin, slow flow, restorative practices, and holding space through tea ceremonies, workshops, 1:1 mentoring, and immersive retreats.
My style is nurturing, grounded, and soul-deep. I believe yoga isn’t about achieving a pose, it’s about creating enough space within to meet yourself fully, with honesty and grace. I love weaving the practical and the mystical, and helping others find balance, aliveness, and connection in their own lives.
Wife to my high school sweetheart, and mother to two beautiful adult daughters, I walk this path with reverence for the sacred, the messy, the magic, and the mystery.
I’m so grateful to be here. Let’s practice, grow, and rise together.Description goes here
