The Villa
An ancient gong suspended over tumbling water welcomes you. Entering the sandstone archway, a glimpse of the infinity pool, before the castle-like features of the living room draw you in.
All around are signs of creativity – materials recycled and reimagined, gathered from far-flung villages or neighboring paddocks.
The kitchen’s oversized concrete counter is great for preparing a feast or serving up a gourmet buffet. The communal spaces are perfect for entertaining, with many nooks available for personal and quiet reflection time.

The House
The House is truly a remarkable home, with plenty of space to unwind in comfort and privacy. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home designed with the changing seasons in mind. Breezy in summer, warm in winter and open to the changing colours of the grounds throughout the year.
The master ensuite bedroom upstairs with its pitched ceiling and exposed trusses has a King four-poster bed hand crafted out of recycled timber, and a terrazzo spa-bath.
The light-filled bedroom downstairs, with a King or 2 King singles, is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom which has an extra-large terrazzo handmade bath perfect for an indulgent soak.

The Loft
The Loft has the air of a country church, with its high-pitched ceilings and reclaimed timber walls. Perched on a quiet and private corner of the Sanctuary, the Loft has elevated views over the alpaca paddock and gorgeous sunsets to the west.

The main bedroom is light filled with a high raked ceiling. Tall bi-folds open the room out onto the expansive vistas of the property. The ensuite bathroom has a freestanding terrazzo bath from Bali with matching vanity basins, and internal shower and an outdoor courtyard and shower. The Loft also has an outdoor bath for a truly breathtaking and indulgent experience.

Step 2: Make a Deposit or Pay in Full
To secure your retreat space, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
All payments are due by 22nd January 2026.
Step 3: Purchase Insurance
It is imperative to get travel insurance as soon as you have paid the deposit.

Food is one of the most beautiful forms of nourishment. Our meals are a vital part of the retreat experience—a ritual of connection and vitality. We work with our chefs to create a vibrant, earth-to-table menu that is both delicious and deeply nourishing.

Your journey to the retreat is your own sacred pilgrimage. As such, flights and airport transfers are not included in the retreat price, allowing you the freedom to travel in a way that feels most aligned for you.

If you are local, drive or arrange for a transfer or taxi to bring you. If you are flying into the Gold Coast it is a 50minute drive down the coast. If flying into Ballina airport, it’s a super quick 20 minute drive to paradise.

We will provide you with a suggested packing list for each retreat. We always recommend a swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, walking shoes, journal, reusable water bottle and of course, comfortable active wear for the duration of your retreat.

DEPOSIT POLICY – To secure your place, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance owed 2 months (60 days) before the start date of the retreat or training start date. Deposit is non-refundable and required to secure booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, this is why it is imperative to get travel insurance as soon as you have paid the deposit. Please make sure that natural disasters and personal injuries are covered. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT – To participate in our retreats, you must agree to our Participant Agreement. This document outlines essential terms regarding your experience, including responsibilities, policies, and expectations. Please review it carefully before making your deposit.
