Foundations of Yoga A four-week journey into clarity, confidence and connection.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning to refine the basics, this course offers a grounding space to learn, ask questions and build a practice that feels good in your body.
Over four Sundays, we’ll unpack the foundations of movement, breath and alignment so you can step into any class feeling supported and empowered.
Curriculum includes:
• Sun Salutations, step-by-step
• Functional alignment in standing and seated shapes
• Breathwork for ease and stability
• How to link breath and movement
• Foundational Vinyasa flow transitions
This course is purchased as a package that includes - 4x Sunday morning Beginner's Yoga Class (10.30am-12pm) - 8 visits to our full timetable of Flow, Yin, Mellow, Conditioning & Pilates classes between February 1 and 22.
