Yoga Nidra guides the brain into delta brainwaves - the same state reached in deep sleep, when the body does its deepest healing and repair. The difference is: you remain awake, while the body receives the same profound rest.

Over time, practicing Yoga Nidra can:

  • Reduce Stress, anxiety & depression

  • Improve sleep, digestion & immunity

  • Release unhelpful thought patterns

  • Build emotional balance & resilience

This workshop is especially supportive if you:

  • Struggle with sleep or overthinking

  • Feel tired, burnt out or overwhelmed

  • Experience stress, anxiety or low mood

  • Crave deep rest, stillness and reconnection

In this nourishing two-hour immersion, you’ll be guided through a gentle introduction to the science & tradition of Yoga Nidra. Slow, grounding movement to prepare the body for a full hour of the Yoga Nidra journey, with journaling and quiet reflection to integrate.

Optional: if you’re attending the afternoon yin class, this workshop is a perfect continuation.
A space to rest, restore, and soothe your nervous system.

This space is open to everyone - no experience needed.
